¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup red onion, medium dice
½ cup LILYDALE Turkey Bacon
½ cup carrot, medium dice
1 cup turnips, medium dice
1½ cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup corn kernels
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
2½ tablespoons CO-OP GOLD PURE Organic All-Purpose Flour
1 litre FAIRLIFE Milk
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4-6

Place large pot on medium heat, add oil and allow to heat up. Add onions and bacon and cook for about two minutes. Add carrot, turnip, cabbage and corn and cook for another three minutes, stirring frequently. Turn heat down to medium, add garlic and flour and cook for another minute.
Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender but not too soft.
