An Oklahoma fisherman pulled this "prehistoric" alligator gar out of Lake Texoma on the Texas and Oklahoma border.

The fish was 6 ft 9 inch and weighed 170 lbs.

This species, called an alligator gar, is among the largest freshwater fishes in North America. Talk about a Lake Monster!
